First Rand Empowerment Foundation(through Tshikululu) is soliciting applications from suitably qualified service providers to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the NECT’s performance and accomplishments in respect to its mandate as set out in the National Development Plan (NDP) and the Education Collaboration Framework (ECF). The requirements for the evaluation assignment are set out and detailed below.
The details presented are intended to assist in effectively aligning the capacity, interest and bid response of service providers with the demands and requirements of the work to be undertaken. Organisations or individuals are hereby encouraged to submit bids to conduct the evaluation of the NECT. It is possible for bidders to apply to evaluate specific components of NECT’s programming and operations; organisations must submit bids to conduct evaluations in areas where their capacity and experience can adequately demonstrate their ability to successfully complete the assignment.
