In this role, you will work directly with clients and be responsible for ensuring the success of their M&E programs. It is a client-facing position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Convert physical documents into digital format for client use
  • Design and customize client portals based on specific requirements
  • Collect and integrate the client's historical data during the setup process
  • Test and validate the user-friendliness of new features
  • Notify developers or project managers about any potential issues
  • Manage and resolve client queries through the online ticketing portal

Qualifications and Experience

  • A relevant qualification is mandatory
  • Technologically adept, preferably pursuing a Data-related qualification
  • Proficient in Mathematics
  • Prior experience in a tech-oriented work environment is advantageous
  • Familiar with Google Suites and CRM project management software
  • Experience in online data capturing

Additional Information
