"This paper spells out detailed elements of methodology for the Assessment of Development Results (ADR), based on the Executive Team approval of ADRs in November 2001, for use by evaluators, as well as country offices, regional bureaux and other UNDP units. This note sets out the framework and methodology for UNDP’s approach to country evaluations, called Assessment of Development Results (ADRs). The methodology draws upon the experience from a number of evaluative exercises within UNDP and in the donor community."
