Khulisa Management Services is a South African-based firm that provides a wide range of monitoring, evaluation, research, and information management services with particular emphasis on health (especially HIV/AIDS), education and social development. Since 1993, we have served over 130 different clients including the South African national government, provincial departments, local and international donors, corporations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other service providers.

Khulisa is seeking a for an anticipated monitoring and evaluation program in Liberia. The project is likely to be a large scale multi-million dollar, three-year project.

The incumbent will be based in Liberia; where s/he will be engaged in aspects of the monitoring and evaluation program over a three year period.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop M&E database/mapping/ reporting systems based on USAID/Liberia’s needs and requirements as established through the L-MEP.
  • Administer, maintain and troubleshoot the M&E database/mapping/reporting systems.
  • Provide technical support to all concerned personnel on the M&E database/mapping/reporting systems.
  • Ensure necessary backup procedures for all M&E database/mapping systems that are in place, and that regular data backups are made.
  • Periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Provide the systems with in-code and technical documents, as well as a user manual.
  • Ensure that data verification procedures are in place and that data security and integrity of the M&E database/mapping tool is maintained.
  • Be responsible for ensuring quality control and the overall responsiveness of technical assistance on database and mapping tool/systems developed under the Contract.Prepare training materials and provide training to all concerned personnel at USAID/Liberia and IPs.
