M&E Specialist

This individual will be involved in all aspects of project monitoring and evaluation and oversee and coordinate all the monitoring and evaluation and research activities. Duties will include designing data base systems , conducting full M&E tracking of indicators for purpose and output activities, conceptualising and implementing appropriate M&E systems, writing reports, developing timelines, developing research instruments, collecting data, analysing data and preparing and facilitating presentations/workshops; guiding and supporting the other M&E staff and project staff involved in M&E duties through teamwork and supervision; assisting in HR practices.
