Mercy Corps offers undergraduate and graduate-level unpaid internships at its U.S. headquarters in Portland, Oregon, as well as at the agency's offices in Washington, D.C. and Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Interns are typically expected to complete a minimum of 15 hours a week over a three-month period or the equivalent in a shorter period of time. Placements are made on a rolling basis throughout the year subject to availability and need.

It's important to note that Mercy Corps does not have an open application process for overseas internships. Instead, we work directly with a small number of universities to place graduate-level summer interns in our field offices.
