Mindset Network and the education department in Kenya has developed digital content programme for pre-service teachers in teacher training colleges. The programme is being implemented this year and the corresponding M&E activities need to be concluded by the end of 2008.

The researcher/research organisation should have links with a Kenyan researcher in order to complete the research. Alternativley, a researcher familiar with Kenya and able to travel to Kenya would be suitable. The project runs over the course of 2008 and researchers will be needed to conduct the evaluation at 4 points in the year to be determined and negotiated.
