Khulisa is seeking M&E specialists for a number of anticipated projects in East Africa, West Africa and South Africa. Working closely with the home office Project Director, the M&E specialists will ensure that the programmes meet their programmatic, technical, and operational objectives.

CLEAR (Regional Centers for Learning on Evaluation and Results) is currently inviting expressions of interest (EOIs) from existing academic/training institutions based in Africa to host the Africa regional center.

The African Evaluation Association (AfrEA) founded in 1999, registered and currently located in Accra, Ghana, is an umbrella body of national monitoring and evaluation associations and networks in Africa, individuals as well as institutions. AfrEA advocates and represents the interests and needs of evaluators in Africa and it is working to develop a strong African evaluation community.

Khulisa is seeking a for an anticipated monitoring and evaluation program in Liberia. The project is likely to be a large scale multi-million dollar, three-year project. The incumbent will be based in Liberia; where s/he will be engaged in aspects of the monitoring and evaluation program over a three year period.

The Enhancing Strategic Information project (ESI) is a five year program, funded by the United States agency for International development (USAID). The ESI project focuses on the development of sustainable information systems in South Africa, Swaziland and Lesotho. This position is suited for a dynamic, self motivated professional with advanced knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation. Candidates should be good communicators with excellent managerial, organizational and writing skills that can interact on high profiled levels. Candidates must be South African Citizens and must be in possession of a code 08 driver’s license and be willing to travel. Candidates should at least have a relevant Bachelors Degree (National Qualification frame work level 6) or an equivalent relevant qualification and 3 – 5 years appropriate experience in monitoring & evaluation

Must be qualified with in excess of 7 years M&E experience. Should be familiar with USAID reporting requirements and PEPFAR indicator framework. Database knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
