The incumbent will be based in Liberia; where s/he will be engaged in aspects of the monitoring and evaluation program over a three year period.

This position is suited for a dynamic, self motivated professional with advanced knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation. Candidates should be good communicators with excellent managerial, organizational and writing skills that can interact on high profiled levels. Candidates must be South African Citizens and must be in possession of a code 08 driver’s license and be willing to travel. Candidates should at least have a relevant Bachelors Degree (National Qualification frame work level 6) or an equivalent relevant qualification and 3 – 5 years appropriate experience in monitoring & evaluation

Exciting opportunity to work with one of the worlds largest organizations in social development on a 5 year HIV prevention initiative. We are looking for both long and short term M&E specialists. Must be qualified with in excess of 7 years M&E experience. Should be familiar with USAID reporting requirements and PEPFAR indicator framework. Database knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
